Clothing Notes & Colors

A quick reference of the colors & styles used for all our shirts.

While I’m doing my best to keep improving our website here, one definite “area for improvement” is around making sure the shirt color you want is the color you actually get — and the tool we’re using to manage our shop here sometimes makes it a bit confusing “which image” is “which color”. So, until I take the time to solve that properly, I’ve made this page to help out. — David

Colors

Two colors we originally offered are no longer available from our print shop, but we haven’t gotten fully updated across our shop —

Solid Athletic Grey

Orders for this will be substituted for the closest similar color, Silver.

Dark Olive

Orders for this will be substituted for the newer color that seems to have replaced this, Forest.
This green is quite nice and works well with shirts originally designed for Dark Olive.

Solids vs. Heather

Solid color shirts are 100% cotton, while Heather-style are a cotton/polyester blend — specifically, most heather colors are 52% Cotton & 48% polyester (with Athletic Heather & Black Heather being 90% Cotton & 10% polyester)

Fit & Sizing

Our standard shirt is Bella+Canvas 3001. These tend to run slightly small, so if you’re someone who’s right between sizes, you may want to choose the larger one. In general though, people are happy with the fit of the size they ordered.
